Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day they are placed. In rare cases processing may take up to 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dropped off at our shipping facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing outside of our control.

Carriers

We ship using a mix of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be reflected in your tracking information.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in the order total at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges before placing your order.

TotalObsession is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at totalobsessionofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage and we will make it right.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Total Obsession is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at totalobsessionofficial@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
